The entire project, including the 69 residential homes, will be constructed using the principle of low cost housing at superior quality. The quality standard of each residential house will be developed by considering key important factors: local desire of styling, local weather conditions, and will implement facilities like internal roadways, electricity, water supply system and an open area for communal use.

Generate reasonable profit through construction of three buildings of G+2 and 55 buildings of G+1 residential houses

Alleviate the prevailing scarcity of standardized low cost/affordable residential housing in the Dire Dawa Administration

Contribute to the efforts of the Dire Dawa Administration in providing residential housing, and contribute to the efforts of upgrading/revitalizing the city of Dire Dawa
